Promomanager is making its debut on the Polish market – a digital platform for independently creating, conducting, and managing promotional campaigns on the Internet aimed at consumers, employees, customers, and business partners. The tool was created by the Hagen agency.

Promomanager is a platform for creating and managing promotional campaigns – contests, sales promotions, and incentive programs – aimed at consumers, employees, customers, and business partners.

The Lite version of Promomanager can be used on websites to create contact forms, collect newsletter subscriptions or run campaigns aimed at generating leads. The more advanced Mini version allows you to run competitions, incentive programs or MGM (member gets member) campaigns. The Midi version additionally offers the option of configuring a secure form for collecting data for the delivery of prizes and automatic awarding of prizes – both electronic codes and cash transfers – with double control (mechanical and human). In the Maxi version, users have access to automated reporting through the integration of Promomanager with their system. Additional options include the preparation of promotion terms and conditions and marketing consents, the purchase of domains and certificates, and the coding of a simple website dedicated to the promotional activity.

“Promomanager is a digital response to market needs. Based on our experience, we have identified several problems that customers face when implementing promotional campaigns. First of all, they do not run as many campaigns as they would like, whether for budgetary or time reasons. Other issues include secure data collection and storage, as well as dependence on others when, for example, they need information about the number of leads acquired. We analyzed these issues and came to the conclusion that in many cases, the solution would be to carry out promotional campaigns independently using a good and secure tool. Similarly to, for example, creating newsletters using MailChimp, GetResponse, or FreshMail. This is how the concept of Promomanager was born, said Grzegorz Gawin, founder and CEO of the Hagen agency and co-creator of Promomanager.

The tool has four pricing options (in a subscription model) and additional options. Users pay a one-time fee for creating a promotion form – depending on the option selected, from PLN 300 to PLN 9,900 net – and a monthly subscription fee of PLN 99 net for an active account.
