The Association of Incentive Travel Organizers invites you to Incentive Day, an event for corporations and companies that use or plan to implement incentive travel in their marketing strategies. The conference will present the results of the SOIT Barometer survey and good practices and innovations in the incentive travel industry.

On the first day of summer, June 21, 2023, at the Sosnowy Club, the Association of Incentive Travel Organizers SOIT is organizing Incentive Day under the slogan: with us, you can have summer all year round. The event is aimed at corporations and companies that have incentive travel as a tool in their marketing strategies. The association also invites representatives of companies that do not yet have this marketing tool in their strategies but intend to implement it. Members of the association, partners, media, and special guests are also invited.
The first part of the day will feature a conference presenting the results of the SOIT Barometer survey for 2020-2022 and forecasts for 2023, showing the value of the incentive travel market in individual years since the outbreak of the pandemic.
This will be followed by a presentation of good practices in cooperation with incentive travel agencies and examples of innovative solutions in the incentive travel industry in relation to the post-pandemic situation. Companies that have been using incentive travel in their activities for many years have also been invited to this panel. The discussion will focus on increases in budgets for incentive travel, payment terms, offer validity periods, overly long decision-making processes, the number of incentive agencies invited to tender, deadlines for preparing offers, GDPR and NDAs in cooperation, sustainable development, ESG, carbon and water footprints, recent changes in prices and budgets, entries in the register of tour operators, TFG and TFP, and the changing approach of hotels and airlines to groups.
Gala and charity auction of travel souvenirs
In the evening after the conference, SOIT will invite participants and partners to a gala, during which there will be a charity auction of travel souvenirs brought by SOIT members from around the world. As in previous years, the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the statutory objectives of the Joanna Radziwiłł Foundation “Opiekuńcze Skrzydła” (Protective Wings). This year, the organizers would like to finance holidays for 28 children and young people aged 6-14 from Kamionka and Milanówek, as well as support the “Budujemy Nowy Dom” (We Are Building a New Home) campaign, which involves co-creating a home for children in Kamionka.
