The June issue of THINK MICE featured a supplement entitled “Let’s meet in Mazovia – in the heart of Poland!”, which is directly related to the intensification of the activities of the Mazovia Convention Bureau, part of the Mazovia Regional Tourist Organization.

THINK MICE is a magazine dedicated to the Polish and international meetings industry (MICE – meetings, incentives, conferences, events), covering all its segments: events, incentive trips, congresses, and conferences. The magazine provides information on current events in the world of MICE, but its main focus is on analytical materials, in which industry experts share their professional knowledge and opinions with readers.
The magazine is aimed at corporate and company event planners – directors and employees of HR, PR and marketing departments responsible for marketing communication in the broadest sense, representatives of agencies organizing events, conferences, congresses and incentive trips, as well as employees of municipal and regional convention bureaus, and representatives of venues, including hotels, training and conference centers, and trade fair and exhibition facilities.
The supplement presents the potential of Mazovia as an attractive region not only for leisure, but also for events. In addition to unique natural and cultural tourist attractions, the material presents the region’s advantages in terms of event organization, such as location, transport, economic and scientific potential. Above all, it highlights the facilities available for organizing virtually any event. These include business hotels, conference hotels, spa & wellness hotels, boutique facilities and those located in unique, often historic spaces. In addition, Mazovia has exhibition and conference centers, conference centers, trade fair and exhibition centers, sports facilities, and halls in cultural facilities. In this material, we have shown how diverse the region’s offer is. Another distinguishing feature of Mazovia are unique, often historic places, such as castles, manors, country houses and palaces converted into hotels. The image of Mazovia’s potential in the context of the meetings industry is complemented by venues for outdoor events, both in urban and rural areas. The mission of the Mazovia Convention Bureau is to build the Mazovia brand as a region with an innovative offer in the field of meeting and event organization.
