At the beginning of September, we started recruiting for the recommendation system for Professional Meeting Organizers in Mazovia! This is the first initiative of its kind in the region, initiated by the Mazovia Convention Bureau.

The recommendation system for Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) is intended for entities specializing in the planning and organization of congresses, conferences, and other business events, operating in the Mazovia Province.
Recommendations can be obtained by business entities specialising in the planning and organisation of events, with relevant organisational experience, technical facilities and a trained team of employees enabling the full implementation of congresses, conferences and other business events in the Mazovia Province.
In order to obtain a PCO recommendation from the Mazovia Convention Bureau, the entity applying for the recommendation must meet the following conditions:
1) operate in the Mazovia Province;
2) have a valid entry in the register of the Marshal of the Mazovia Province, or a copy thereof, confirming the right to conduct business activity in the field of congress and conference organization;
3) complete the application form for recommendation (Appendix 1), available at www.mrot.pl
4) submit a list (Appendix 2) of 5 events organized in a stationary form in the Mazovia Province (excluding Warsaw): including 1 for at least 250 participants and 4 for at least 100 participants;
5) submit references from at least 3 entities that are clients, confirming the organization of the event;
6) submit the company’s offer in the form of a multimedia presentation or a PDF file.
