MP Fast Date® is a very important event in the MICE industry, combining elements of sales, networking, and education. 15-minute business meetings modeled on the “speed dating” mechanism, during which the aim is to familiarize meeting planners with the offers of event venues and service providers, exchange contacts, obtain answers to questions, and build trust, enabling the establishment of lasting business relationships. The Mazovia Convention Bureau will present the Mazovia Province’s offer during the upcoming event in Krakow on November 6-7. It will be an ideal opportunity to present other MCB activities, such as broadly understood research on the meetings industry in Mazovia. A study on the economic impact of the meetings industry on the Mazovia economy, entitled “Mazovia Events Impact 2023,” is currently underway, co-financed by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The results of the study will be presented in December 2023.
Before the event, each exhibitor has access to their individual list of 12 B2B meetings, which they are required to attend according to the event schedule and the clock displayed on the screen, which counts down the rounds.
After the mandatory meetings, there is a free (open) round, during which meetings are arranged independently, with no time limit for conversations.
Why did we decide to participate in the event? Because as part of our participation, we receive:

– Additional business meetings with clients arranged independently according to your own choice
