Mazovia Convention News|

In 2023, the Polish Tourist Organization recorded a record number of 26 applications to participate in the IBTM World trade fair in Barcelona. Although initially limited by space, the Polish stand will host 16 partners. Among them will be, of course, the Mazovia Convention Bureau, which will promote Mazovia and Warsaw as attractive destinations for the MICE industry at a joint stand with the Warsaw Convention Bureau.

The representatives of the Polish Tourist Organization will include representatives of various convention bureaus, city and region marketing offices, professional congress organizers, as well as companies dealing with incentive travel, DMC, airlines, and congress and exhibition facilities.

During IBTM World in Barcelona, which will take place from November 28 to 30, 2023, numerous representatives will present themselves at the Polish National Stand of the Polish Tourist Organization, including ICE Kraków Congress Centre, G2A Arena Exhibition and Congress Center of the Podkarpackie Province, Poznan Congress Center – MTP Group, and LOT Polish Airlines. In addition, various conference and tourist offices will be represented at the fair, such as Warsaw Convention Bureau, Kraków Convention Bureau, Mazovia Convention Bureau, Convention Bureau – Wrocław, Gdansk Convention Bureau, Poznań Convention Bureau, Silesia Convention Bureau, Świętokrzyskie Convention Bureau, Travel Projekt DMC Poland, JAN-POL DMC Poland, Mazurkas Travel and DMC Poland, presenting a wealth of offers related to congresses, events and business travel.

POLAND. More than you expected

This year, marketing activities at the Polish national stand in Barcelona are taking place under the slogan POLAND. More than you expected.

Musical Mornings with Basia Giewont and her band have been planned, as well as a performance of the song “Let’s Talk Business” by Brian Allan in a new arrangement and its publication on the artist’s specially prepared Spotify playlist. The Polish offer refers to this year’s theme of the fair, which is Culture Creators.

On the second day of IBTM, during the Regional Delicacies Happy Hour at the Polish stand, local culinary specialties from the Lublin, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie, Mazovia and Silesia regions will be served.
