We are very pleased to announce that Izabela Stelmańska, President of the Board of the Mazovia Regional Tourist Organization, which includes the Mazovia Convention Bureau, has been included in a select group of the most influential people in the meetings and events industry in 2023, nominated for an award in the MP Power 12 Awards in the Convention Bureau / Destination Marketing Agency category.
Industry representatives, industry associations, and the judges of the MP Power Awards® competition have selected the personalities who had the greatest impact on the functioning of the meetings and events industry in 2023. From among them, the jury of the MP Power 12 poll will select the top three – i.e., the nominees for the Power title in the twelfth edition of the competition.
The MP Power 12 poll identifies individuals who had a significant impact on the functioning of the event industry in 2023, professionals who achieved professional success in their field, distinguished themselves by high professional ethics, quality of work, and commitment to the industry. Candidates for the award were nominated by the industry community at large. From among the proposals of each group (industry, industry associations, MP Power Awards® jury), the individuals with the highest number of nominations were selected. They received a number of points corresponding to their position in the group. Based on the total number of points, the most influential individuals in the meetings industry in 2023 were selected. From among them, the MP Power 12 jury will select the top three – i.e. the nominees for the Power title – and then select the winner.
