Every year, the Congress Office of the Polish Tourist Organization and the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland jointly organize the Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala. This year, for the third time, the Silesian Congress Bureau (Silesia Convention Bureau) is the partner and host of the event.
The aim of the project is to attract conference organizers to Poland and to provide support in attracting such events to Poland by professionals working in international structures.
Last year, the program celebrated its 25th anniversary, with 22 people representing science, business, and non-governmental organizations joining the group of laureates. In total, more than 320 people can now boast this title.
The winners of the program are selected by the Chapter after analyzing criteria such as membership in international associations and organizations, the number of planned and organized international conferences, congresses, and seminars, and an overall assessment of the candidate.
This year’s gala will take place on March 21, 2024, in an industrial setting, namely at the Rolling Mill of the Museum of Metallurgy and Zinc.
