Mazovia Convention News|

We are looking for Polish Congress Ambassadors – people who actively attract international events to Poland. Once again, you can also nominate Polish Congress Patrons, i.e. companies and institutions that support organized events. We invite you to submit your nominations by October 15, 2024.

The aim of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program (AKP) is to promote and encourage the effective acquisition of international meetings and events in Poland, with particular emphasis on congresses and conferences. The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program is jointly organized by the Polish Tourist Organization (POT) together with the Poland Convention Bureau (PCB) and the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland (SKKP). The program would not be possible without the cooperation of municipal and regional curation bureaus from Poland, in particular within the framework of local Ambassador Clubs, as well as the involvement of individuals, institutions, and organizations. This is an opportunity to recognize individuals and institutions that cooperate with professional congress and conference organizers (PCOs) or with conference and congress facilities in Poland. Applications may also be submitted by previous winners of the Program. Detailed rules and regulations are available on the PCB POT and amabasdorkongresow.pl websites. Currently, the Program boasts a group of over 320 Ambassadors.

Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2024. Candidates for the titles of Ambassador and Patron can be nominated online using the form available at: https://akp2024.syskonf.pl/ankieta. Any questions can be directed to the Secretary of the AKP Program Chapter at the following e-mail address: agnieszka.szymerowska@skkp.org.pl.
