Mazovia Convention Bureau has launched another recruitment for the recommendation system for professional meeting organizers, which is aimed at companies specializing in the organization of various business events.

To obtain a recommendation, companies must meet certain requirements. Applicants must be entered in the register kept by the Marshal of the Mazovia Province, which confirms their right to organize events. In addition, candidates must submit an application and provide evidence of having organized at least five events in the province, one of which should have had at least 250 participants and the others at least 100 participants. References from at least three clients are also required. The company’s offer must be presented in the form of a multimedia presentation or PDF file.

The recommendation is granted for a period of two years (2025-2026) and information about it will be available on the Mazovia Convention Bureau website and its social media profiles.

Recommended companies can count on support in organizing meetings and promoting their services. The Mazovia Convention Bureau will also recommend them to the Professional Congress Organizers recommendation program run by the Polish Tourist Organization – Poland Convention Bureau.

Recommended companies will be required to provide information about organized and planned events for statistical purposes.
