On behalf of the organizers, we invite you to MP Impact – a meeting of leaders, practitioners, and experts dedicated to analyzing the situation of the meetings and events industry in Poland in all its key sectors, analyzing trends and socio-economic changes, and seeking recommendations for the challenges facing the industry. Mazovia Convention Bureau is a partner of the event, which will take place on December 18, 2024, at the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw.

FORMAT

SUMMIT

Interactive debates and lectures by leaders and experts who will address the most important issues that have a key impact on the development of event marketing, the meetings industry and its individual sectors.

MP IMPACT AWARDS

A competition to select the most influential and valuable initiatives, campaigns and industry projects implemented in 2023.

INDUSTRY STATUS REPORT

The event will result in a report summarizing the most important phenomena affecting the industry and presenting its condition, prepared in interaction with the event participants.

MP IMPACT MISSION

Supporting the development of the meetings and events industry in Poland, based on the commitment of its leaders. Exchange of ideas, views and experiences between representatives of business (customers, agencies, service providers), administration and science – building synergy between these environments in order to develop the industry and the activities of each of them.

The event will be attended by leading representatives of key sectors of the meetings and events industry: clients (representatives of corporations, associations, institutions, offices), agencies (event agencies, PCOs, TMCs, incentive travel agencies), venues (hotel chains, congress venues, cultural venues, multifunctional arenas), service providers (catering, transport, event technology), convention bureaux and destination marketing organizations, scientists.

MP IMPACT OBJECTIVES

Addressing the most important issues affecting the functioning of the industry, the analysis of which will allow for better adaptation of the solutions and business models used

Building the value of the meetings and events industry in Poland and promoting this value.

Promoting meetings and events as tools for effectively achieving various goals of companies, brands, associations, and institutions.

Report on the meetings and events industry in 2023 and development of recommendations for the following months of the industry’s operation.

Awarding the most influential initiatives, campaigns, and industry events carried out by entities operating in the meetings industry.
