On January 14, 2025, the Warsaw Convention Bureau and Mazovia Convention Bureau presented a joint stand at the Event Industry Forum (FBE) at Expo XXI in Warsaw. The event, which this year took up two exhibition halls for the first time, brought together numerous representatives of the event and HoReCa industries, offering space for networking, lectures, and debates.
Our stand was bustling with life throughout the day, attracting visitors not only with its offer, but also with unique attractions. The happy hours at 12:00 and 15:00 were very popular. Participants could try regional specialties and take part in competitions with attractive prizes, such as hotel stays, restaurant vouchers, and tickets to the most interesting attractions in Warsaw.

The Event Industry Forum 2025 showed that Warsaw and Mazovia are top destinations for conferences, events, and business meetings. Our joint stand was a perfect example of the power of cooperation and effective promotion of the region as a leader in the MICE industry.
