Mazovia Convention Bureau has once again received a recommendation from Poland Convention Bureau for municipal and regional Convention Bureaux for the years 2025-2026. On January 22, the recommendation was presented at the Copernicus Science Center, and Izabela Stelmańska, President of the Management Board of MROT, accepted it on behalf of Mazovia Convention Bureau. Congratulations to all the recommended companies, especially those from Warsaw and Mazovia!
During the meeting, Aneta Książek from the Polish Tourist Organization presented the new activities of the Poland Convention Bureau planned for 2025.
Among other news, we are particularly pleased that after 15 years, the Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala is returning to Mazovia, and this year’s ceremony will take place on April 16 in the auditorium of the Tadeusz Sygietyński State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble “Mazowsze” in Karolina.
The second part of the meeting featured a session entitled “Creators’ Laboratory,” featuring Suzanne Mulligan and Sophie Pink from IMEX Group, organizers of the IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America meetings industry trade shows, Jarosław Marciuk, PCB POT, with a presentation on Instagramization of promotional content for the meetings industry, and Mariusz Kosowski, CEO of Smart Photo Lab, with a presentation on Capturing Emotions (from Bydgoszcz to Rockefeller Center NY).
At the end of the meeting, participants had the opportunity to take part in a special session with the AMECA robot and explore the exhibitions at the Copernicus Science Center, which was a partner of the event.
