Mazovia Convention Bureau is proudly representing Mazovia and Poland at the MCE Central & Eastern Europe 2025 Congress in Antalya, Turkey, which is attended by over 500 hosted buyers and meeting planners from around the world.
Our region was presented during the plenary session by Iwona Majewska, Deputy Director of the MROT Office, and during the roundtable discussions, Mazovia Convention Bureau shared a stand with the Arche Group, represented by Karolina Parol, Director of the Central Sales Department, and Agnieszka Podraza, Key Account Manager.
Hosted buyers participating in MCE Central & Eastern Europe are provided with a carefully selected group of suppliers and destination representatives for contact. Each hotel, hotel chain, DMC, convention center, convention/tourism office, and other event provider is represented by a competent representative verified by the organizers to ensure fruitful contacts.
During the event, over 80 destinations and MICE suppliers from Central and Eastern Europe and beyond are represented, including the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and many others.
The demonstration of the potential of the meetings industry in Mazovia was very well received by the conference participants, which immediately translated into many interesting direct table discussions.
However, we will have to wait a while for concrete results, as the MICE industry is a long-term endeavor that brings results over a longer period of time.
