The SITE Poland Association, an association of specialists in the business travel industry, together with Radisson Collection Warsaw and the Polish Tourist Organization, invite you to the second edition of Responsible Incentive Travel Day. The event will take place on April 28, 2025 at the Radisson Collection Warsaw hotel and will once again focus on promoting responsible practices in the Incentive Travel sector.

Balance and innovation in incentive travel
Responsible Incentive Travel Day is a unique initiative aimed at promoting the idea of sustainable travel and raising standards in the incentive industry. The meeting will create a space for open discussion between agency representatives, service providers and corporate clients. Key topics will include current challenges in the incentive sector, how to solve them and the readiness of companies to implement sustainability strategies.
Inspiring case studies and client experiences
The event’s program is packed with practical solutions presented in the form of case studies, presented by incentive agencies. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about inspirations and best practices from Poland and abroad. A particularly important element of the meeting will be the perspective of clients, who will share their experiences and expectations for sustainable incentive programs.
Special session: Destinations
The Polish Tourist Organization – Poland Convention Bureau is again a content partner of Responsible Incentive Travel Day.
The event includes a unique thematic session dedicated to destinations. During it, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the offer of Polish destinations that implement the principles of sustainable development in business tourism.
The theme of the session will be “POLAND – the sustainable offer of Polish destinations”. The discussion will be moderated by moderator Aneta Ksiazek, Head of Meetings and Events Bureau – Poland Convention Bureau PTO, Honorary Member of Site Poland.
