The most important event of the meetings industry returns to Mazovia! The Gala of Polish Congress Ambassadors 2025 will be held on April 16, 2025 in Carolina, during which 21 outstanding personalities contributing to bringing international congresses and conferences to Poland will be honoured. This prestigious event is not only a form of recognition for leaders in science and business, but also a space to exchange experiences and plan future initiatives.

On behalf of the regional and local Hosts: the Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship, the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization – Mazovia Convention Bureau and the Warsaw Tourist Organization – Warsaw Convention Bureau, as well as the organizers of the ACP Program: Polish Tourist Organization, Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland, invite you to the Gala of Polish Congress Ambassadors, which will be held on April 16, 2025 in the auditorium of the headquarters of the Tadeusz Sygietyński State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble “Mazowsze” in Otrębusy.

The Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala is not only a moment to honor people of merit for the development of the congress sector in Poland, but also a space to share experiences and inspiration for the future. The event also fosters stronger relations between institutions and experts involved in promoting Poland as an attractive destination for international business and scientific events.

The evening will begin with a ceremonial welcome by the hosts, after which guests will enjoy a unique performance by the Mazowsze band. The culminating moment of the event will be the ceremony of awarding statuettes to the winners of the prestigious title of Ambassador of Polish Congresses, honoring their contribution to the development of international events in Poland. After the official part, there will be time for an elegant dinner, conducive to networking and conversations in an inspiring group. The evening will culminate with a summary of the event and its closing ceremony.

– The group of Polish Congress Ambassadors will expand by another 21 outstanding personalities. Honoring them with this honorable title is a cause for celebration every year, and this year’s Gala will be hosted by the Mazovia Tourist Organization and the Warsaw Tourist Organization, as well as the Polish Tourist Organization and the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association. Already on April 16, the newly honored will meet together with the winners of previous editions and representatives of the meetings sector. And the balance as of today is impressive. More than 330 personalities across Poland place the Polish Ambassadors Program among the most efficient programs operating in the world. Year after year, more Congress Ambassadors Clubs are inaugurated, city and regional, to create a meeting space for figures from science, business or sports sourcing congresses and conferences. This is living proof that cities and regions recognize the importance of such figures, who care and are determined to take action for the organization of conferences and congresses in our country. Ultimately, they are the ones who should be thanked, and the Gala will be a fitting way to do so,” said Paula Fanderowska, president of SKKP.

– You are cordially invited to the Polish Congress Ambassadors 2025 Gala, which returns to Mazovia after 16 rotating years. After all, Warsaw and the region’s hinterland are a strong and important scientific and business center of Poland. The best evidence of this status quo is the fact that more than half of this year’s winners were nominated by the Warsaw and Mazovia ACP Club, jointly run by the Gala’s hosts – the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization and the Warsaw Tourist Organization. We would like to thank you for this strong partnership and look forward to a beautiful gala evening at the Mazovia Team Mate,” said Aneta Ksiazek, head of the Poland Convention Bureau PTO.

– Mazovia is the heart of Poland – the tourist and business center of our country, recognized and appreciated around the world for its dynamic development and the extensive opportunities it offers. I am proud that the most important event of the meetings industry will again take place in our province. The Karolinas is a place of extraordinary symbolism. It is here that the heart of the “Mazovia” team beats, but also metaphorically the heart of our heritage. Rooted in values that are particularly close to us – fidelity to tradition, respect for history and openness to the future – Karolin creates a unique setting for an event that celebrates the contribution of such outstanding personalities to the development of the meetings sector. As the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization, we are proud to co-create this unique event and believe that this year’s Gala will not only honor the distinguished Ambassadors, but will also be an impulse to further strengthen Mazovia’s position on the international meetings map. The presence of so many esteemed representatives of the world of science, culture and business in our region can become the beginning of new initiatives of long-term significance for the entire industry. – Izabela Stelmańska, president of the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization, said.

– Warsaw has for years played a key role in the development of the Polish meetings industry, which is best evidenced by the number of international events hosted in our city and region. The Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala is a unique opportunity to thank the people behind these successes – leaders in the academic and expert communities, whose commitment and international contacts are the foundation of the industry’s development.

We are delighted that after more than a dozen years the Gala is returning to Mazovia – a region that is dynamic, diverse and ready for more challenges. We are honored to co-host this event and, together with our partners, promote Warsaw and Mazovia as the natural choice on the congress map.

We would like to thank the Polish Tourist Organization and the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland for trusting us and entrusting us with the organization of this unique event. Their long-standing commitment, strategic actions and consistent promotion of Poland as a congress destination have a huge impact on the professionalization and dynamic development of the entire sector,” said Filip Plodzien, Director of Leisure & MICE Marketing at the Warsaw Tourist Organization / Warsaw Convention Bureau.
