In the unique artistic space of Tadeusz Sygietynski’s Matecznik “Mazowsze” in Karolina, the Gala of Polish Congress Ambassadors 2025 took place. This year’s event, organized jointly by the Polish Tourist Organization, the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Mazovia Regional Tourist Organization (Mazovia Convention Bureau) and the Warsaw Tourist Organization (Warsaw Convention Bureau), brought together leading representatives of the Polish scientific, local government and meetings industry.

During the Gala, titles were handed out to 21 new Ambassadors and Ambassadors of Polish Congresses – people who, with their knowledge, reputation and commitment, have contributed to bringing prestigious scientific and industry events of international scope to Poland. They are opinion leaders, experts and visionaries, thanks to whom Poland is consistently building its position as a modern and professional congress destination.
The artistic setting of the gala was provided by the State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble “Mazowsze”, which delighted the participants with both traditional repertoire and dynamic performances with tango and charleston-inspired repertoire. The official part was followed by a gala dinner, and the evening ended with a joint photograph of all the awardees together with representatives of the Chapter and the organizers.
