The trade fair industry in Poland is strengthening its position, according to the report “Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024” prepared by the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry (PIPT). Last year, the entire sector recorded growth in terms of the number of events, visitors, and exhibitors.

The report, which is an annual publication of PIPT, presents the most important trends, statistical data and forecasts for the development of the trade fair industry in Poland. It also highlights the growing role of trade fairs as a platform integrating business, education and culture. Experts point out that the importance of trade fairs goes far beyond the mere presentation of products.
“Trade fair visitors expect not only product presentations, but also inspiring, substantive narratives and engaging forms. The future of trade fairs is not just an exhibition space – it is a comprehensive experience that begins long before entering the event venue and continues long after it ends,” said Tomasz Kobierski, President of the PIPT Council and President of the MTP Group.
According to the authors of the report, Poland’s strong position in Central and Eastern Europe, its modern exhibition infrastructure and the professionalism of its organizers make our country increasingly attractive for international events.
In addition to comments from industry experts and trade fair organisers, the report also includes the views of entrepreneurs involved in stand design and construction, as well as statements from representatives of institutions such as the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the Polish Tourist Organisation, giving the publication a broader, multi-dimensional perspective.
The report “Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024” is available free of charge in electronic form on the PIPT website. The publication will be particularly useful for representatives of public institutions, local governments, companies and anyone who follows Poland’s economic development.
