Mazovia Convention News|

For years, Warsaw and the Mazovian Voivodeship have maintained their position as the undisputed leaders in bidding for and hosting international business and academic events in Poland. This is confirmed by statistics from the nationwide Polish Congress Ambassadors Program (AKP), which has awarded over 330 distinctions to date. Together, Warsaw and Mazovia account for over 160 Polish Congress Ambassadors, forming the strongest and most active representation in the country. The scale of this success is demonstrated by the fact that in the most recent edition alone, more than half of all awarded laureates were nominated and selected through the Warsaw and Mazovia AKP Club, run jointly by the Warsaw Tourism Organization and the Mazovian Regional Tourism Organization (Mazovia Convention Bureau).

Celebrating the Meetings Industry: Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala 2026 in Lublin

The culmination of the MICE industry’s year-round efforts—and the venue for the formal presentation of the Young Ambassadors—will be this year’s Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala, taking place on September 17, 2026, at the Lublin Conference Centre (LCK) in Lublin.

The event holds a special, anniversary character, as LCK celebrates 10 years of operation this year. Held under the patronage of the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, the ceremony will honor 23 new Polish Congress Ambassadors, selected from 40 nominees across Poland.

The event offers a unique networking space for representatives of academia, business, and the MICE sector from across the country. Attendance at the Gala requires prior registration (R.S.V.P.) by September 7, 2026, via the official program website.

We invite representatives of academia and business from Mazovia to apply for the “Young Ambassador” program and help shape the future of the meetings industry together!
