On July 27–28, 2026, meetings industry professionals explored Mazowsze through the format that best highlights its potential: direct first-hand experience of its venues, sites, and attractions. The fam trip was co-organized by the Mazovian Regional Tourism Organization together with the Mazovia Convention Bureau.
The goal of the MP MICE Tour® was to present the region from the perspective of meeting planners and event organizers—not merely through conference room dimensions, room counts, or technical specs, but through its capacity to build complete event narratives, incentive trips, and team-building programs.
Today, Mazowsze is much more than just a convenient location.
Business by the water and close to nature
The overarching theme of the trip, “Mazowsze by the water, Mazowsze on the water,” was no coincidence. The region offers exceptional opportunities to combine professional MICE infrastructure with the proximity of nature, rivers, and the Zegrze Reservoir.
Participants kicked off their site inspection tour with an intimate breakfast by the pond at Bez Słowa. At subsequent stops, they explored the diversity of the regional offering, visiting Green Garden Hotel, Villa Poranek, Z-Hotel Business & Spa, Hotel 500 Premium, and Hotel Windsor. A key element was also a presentation showcasing the potential of the Zegrze Reservoir and the upcoming Termy Jachranka thermal complex.
Each venue showcased a different face of Mazowsze and distinct event possibilities—ranging from intimate business meetings, conferences, and training sessions to large corporate events, wellness retreats, and multi-day incentive programs.

Today’s event delegates expect more than just a professionally staged business segment. Atmosphere, surroundings, shared experiences, team bonding, and the element of surprise are what truly matter.
That is why the MP MICE Tour® itinerary was enriched with experiential activities that can be seamlessly integrated into corporate events. Culinary workshops, an active evening session, and a pontoon rafting trip down the Wkra River demonstrated how easily business can be blended with physical activity and fun in Mazowsze.
The river rafting was one of those highlights that best captured the character of the destination. Mazowsze offers far more than a comfortable conference hall; it provides opportunities to get outdoors, step into a raft, run active team-building programs, and create memories that outlast any screen presentation.
