Travel Bidder is a trade fair organiser for
professionals in the travel industry. For 12 years,
the company has been organising cyclical B2B
business meetings called “Meet the Bidder SMART
Fairs.” Exhibitors, who are service providers from all
over the world, come to engage in discussions with
organisers from the travel and event industry across
various regions of Poland and abroad.
Thanks to its programme and accompanying
events, “Meet the Bidder” has firmly established
itself in the calendar and become a magnet for all
those involved in tourism. Warsaw is recognised
as a meeting centre “for Poland and the Region.”
In 2023, a new project, the “Meeting Industry
Sustainability Forum,” has been launched to present
and discuss practices that ensure sustainable
development in the meetings industry. Both
platforms are designed to inspire and support MICE
and luxury tourism professionals, providing new
ideas, inspiration, and opportunities in the world of
sustainable tourism.
