We are looking for Polish Congress Ambassadors – people actively involved in attracting international events to Poland. Once again, companies and institutions can also apply for the title of Patron of Polish Congresses, awarded to entities supporting the organization of events at the highest level.

Applications will be accepted until October 30, 2025, via the form available here: https://akp2025.syskonf.pl/ankieta

Program objective

The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program aims to promote Poland as an attractive venue for international congresses and conferences, as well as to honor individuals and institutions that contribute to attracting and supporting them.

Program Organizers

The program is implemented jointly by the Polish Tourist Organization (POT) together with the Poland Convention Bureau POT and the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland (SKKP).

The initiative would not be possible without the cooperation of municipal and regional convention bureaus from all over Poland, in particular within the framework of local Ambassador Clubs, as well as the involvement of many individuals, organizations, and institutions.

It is also a unique opportunity to recognize individuals who cooperate with professional congress and conference organizers (PCOs), conference and congress facilities, and local and industry associations.

Rules

The title of Honorary Ambassador of Polish Congresses is awarded by the Chapter to individuals who:

  • have directly, personally, and effectively contributed to inviting at least one international congress or conference of great importance to Poland in the last 3 years,
  • are planning to organize further conferences, congresses, and meetings in the coming years, are not financially involved in the meetings industry,
  • do not hold public/political positions that require them to promote their city/region/country.

The title of Patron of Polish Congresses is awarded by the Chapter to entities other than natural persons which:

  • are based in Poland, conduct business activity in Poland,
  • are not organizers of the congresses, conferences, and meetings referred to above, nor do they provide services for them.

The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program currently brings together over 340 Ambassadors. We encourage you to join this prestigious group and work together to build Poland’s position on the global congress and conference industry map.
