On June 30, the prestigious 6th Floor Theater hosted a gala celebrating the 100th issue of THINK MICE magazine – a leading publication dedicated to the meetings and events industry. The event was attended by exactly 100 carefully selected guests – symbolically, one for each issue published to date. We are delighted that Mazovia Convention Bureau, as a Strategic Partner of the event, was able to support such a unique and inspiring initiative. It was an evening full of elegance, emotions, and memories, but also a bold look into the future of the MICE sector.

100 issues and 100 guests – a grand anniversary celebration
The THINK MICE gala brought together key representatives of the meetings industry: representatives of institutions, convention bureaux, event and incentive agencies, PCOs, DMCs, hoteliers, conference center managers, and professional meeting planners from Poland and abroad. The atmosphere of the event reflected the unique nature of the anniversary – it was full of gratitude, celebration, and mutual recognition for the work of the entire industry.
A stylish reference to the 1920s – the atmosphere of the evening
The theme of the event transported guests back to the 1920s – an era of elegance, artistic courage, and social breakthroughs. Art deco styling, set design, and music gave the event a unique atmosphere. The 6th Floor Theater, with its classic architecture and atmospheric interior, became the perfect backdrop for a stylized journey through time, in which every detail—from the decor to the musical setting—mattered.
A gala full of emotions and inspiring speeches
The official part of the evening was opened by Anna Łukasik (CEO of THINK MICE) and Michał Kalarus (editor-in-chief), who thanked everyone who contributed to the magazine’s success over the past eight years. Their speeches were not only a summary of the editorial team’s journey, but also an expression of gratitude for the trust and shared vision of creating media with a mission.
There were also speeches by institutional partners.
“This anniversary is an expression of consistent work towards the professionalization and promotion of the meetings industry in Poland. We are proud to see the Polish MICE sector growing in strength and building its international recognition. I congratulate the editorial team, the authors, and everyone who has shaped this magazine over the course of 100 issues. I wish you continued success, bold topics, and unflagging passion,” said Izabela Stelmańska, president of the board of the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization and Mazovia Convention Bureau.
Małgorzata Wilk-Grzywna, Vice President of the Polish Tourist Organization, also spoke with appreciation:
“It’s more than a publication – it’s a platform that connects people, industries, and countries. Thanks to its international editions, THINK MICE builds bridges between Poland and the world. We are delighted to be part of this story.”
Words of congratulations also came from Aneta Książek, head of the Poland Convention Bureau:
“I wish you more inspiring issues, full of interesting interviews, analyses, and profiles, as well as many valuable partners, both at home and abroad.”
There was also a personal message from the magazine’s regular columnist, Jarosław Marciuk:
“I am sincerely grateful to the editorial team for their trust and to the readers for their commitment. The 100th issue is an important milestone – congratulations!
Art and taste – a unique artistic and culinary setting
The artistic part of the evening began with a burlesque performance by the ATELIE Group, which introduced guests to the world of sensual retro style. This was complemented by jazz arrangements by the Hollywood Swing and Music 4 Event bands, which provided a rhythmic and nostalgic musical setting, as well as a dance floor that remained full throughout the evening.
The highlight was an elegant dinner at the tables, prepared by Royal Catering as a culinary story in which each element—from appetizers to dessert—had its own narrative and meaning.
“We wanted this dinner to be a story full of atmosphere and flavor,” said Marcin Książka, creative director.
Marcin Kobak, head pastry chef, put the finishing touch on the dessert, presenting guests with a unique sweet composition of the evening.
An evening of memories and new inspirations
The networking that took place after the official and culinary part was an opportunity for conversations, exchange of experiences, and planning of future initiatives. The shared space created the perfect atmosphere for strengthening relationships, both professional and social. It was an evening that reminded us of the importance of personal meetings and the value of celebrating successes together.
