MP MICE Tour®, another project organized by MeetingPlanner.pl and Mazovia Convention Bureau, will be held under the slogan of discovering luxurious opportunities for organizing extraordinary events in Mazovia. It will take place in the coming days – July 20 and 21, 2025.
The luxury that participants of this event will discover is not limited to premium offers or prestigious locations, but covers a much broader spectrum of experiences. These include opportunities to immerse oneself in nature, live in harmony with the slow life philosophy, comfortable workspaces, inspiring interactions, and skillful time management, all of which are not available on a daily basis. Luxury is synonymous with unique, often one-of-a-kind experiences.
Mazovia offers both excellent conditions for organizing exclusive business events and an environment perfect for relaxation, communing with nature, and complete regeneration, i.e., everything you need for a luxurious stay.
Relaxation and business
The trip program, in line with the slogan “Discover the luxury of Mazovia – relaxation and business,” will focus on presenting the rich potential of the region and the possibilities of harmoniously combining various aspects of luxury in the business sphere.
It will begin with a meeting at the E. Wedel Chocolate Factory Museum in Warsaw, a refreshing drink, and a discussion on business tourism and its development in Mazovia. Iwona Majewska from the Mazovia Convention Bureau and Krzysztof Celuch from Celuch Consulting will take part in the discussion.
The Mazovia Convention Bureau (MCB), operating within the structures of the Mazovia Regional Tourist Organization, is a key partner for event organizers in the Mazovia Province and a strategic partner of MP MICE Tour®. The MCB offers comprehensive support at every stage of planning and implementation of conferences, congresses, corporate meetings, and incentive trips.
The E. Wedel Chocolate Factory Museum is also an event space covering 1,500 sq m of diverse rooms – from an industrial hall to a multimedia pavilion to a terrace overlooking Warsaw. Participants of MP MICE Tour® will be able to discover its potential, and brunch at the museum will be provided by Melon Catering.
Event in the maze
The next stop on the trip will be a visit to the Maze near Warsaw, or the Family Amusement Park, located in Milanówek. This place combines originality with functionality and nature with a modern approach to events. It is the largest wooden maze in Poland, surrounded by greenery and designed for active recreation. However, it offers more than just fun in a structure full of nooks, paths, and surprises; it can also be a backdrop for building relationships, testing teamwork, as well as for rest and celebration.
For those seeking peace and quiet, but also relaxation and a place to meet, a visit to the Museum of the Mazovian Countryside in Sierpc is a good choice. Companies can organize conferences, training sessions, or team-building trips here. The rooms, which can be arranged as desired, can accommodate over 100 people. A business meeting can be complemented by attractions such as visiting exhibitions, carriage rides, sleigh rides in winter, field games, craft shows, folk handicrafts and rural farm activities, or team-building events around a bonfire.
Modern conference centers
The modern conference center is located in the Skansen Conference & Spa Hotel, which is part of the museum. Its rooms, with a total area of 160 square meters, can accommodate up to 140 people at a time (including intimate VIP rooms for up to 12 people and rooms that can accommodate up to 50 participants). The conference and entertainment hall, equipped with a stage, booths, and simultaneous interpretation equipment, can host meetings for up to 300 people.
On the second day of the trip, participants will have the opportunity to explore the Bonifacio Spa & Sport Resort, an intimate hotel, ideal for event managers and DMCs looking for an unusual destination, located near Warsaw. Located in Kępa near Sochocin, this facility is surrounded by nature and offers slow food cuisine, a Clarins-branded spa area, and full event facilities to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers. The Bonifacio Spa & Sport Resort business center includes six conference and training rooms, three of which are modular and can be combined into one that can accommodate 300 people. The club room is a place for more casual meetings and team-building events. Vehicles can even be brought into the rooms located on the ground floor, which enriches the organizational possibilities of this place. Business or team-building meetings can be complemented by outdoor attractions available here, such as canoeing, a picnic on the Wkrzańska Escarpment, or a forest scavenger hunt. The visit to Bonifacio Spa & Sport Resort will begin on Sunday with an aperitif on the pool terrace and an outdoor dinner.
Another interesting item on the agenda will be a visit to the Nuna Vineyard, located 40 km from Warsaw, a place with the unique atmosphere of Mazovia, where you can organize a meeting surrounded by unspoiled nature. The day will end with a tasting by the bonfire.
Meeting at the officers’ table
The Modlin Fortress Officers’ Casino, a branch of the Nowodworski Cultural Center, is a historic military building from the early 20th century. It was built according to a design by an unknown Russian architect, with the collaboration of architect Piotr Leon Krasiński, and is maintained in the style of defensive architecture with features of residential architecture. The building can also be used as a venue for various events. The Casino’s cinema hall has 250 seats, while the auditorium at the Nowodworski Cultural Center has 111 seats. The Officers’ Table restaurant operating in the Casino is a space where tradition meets modern hospitality, and the value is shared celebration and the belief that real relationships can be formed over a meal. The restaurant serves classic Polish cuisine, and everyone can sit at the round officers’ table, which is its central point, without a reservation. Participants of the trip will be served lunch prepared by Twister Catering.
The second day of the trip will culminate with a visit to the Alexandrinum Palace, a four-star hotel located 13 km from Warsaw, in the picturesque village of Krubki-Górki. Surrounded by a historic park, it offers elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, a rich spa area with a swimming pool, and a modern conference center with six rooms with a total area of 735 sq m. The largest of these is 268 sq m and can accommodate up to 200 people, while the smallest is a VIP room for eight participants. You can organize banquets, parties, picnics, and even rent the hotel exclusively.
The facility offers 83 rooms and 7 year-round 4-person cottages, as well as 13 hectares of green space, a Beach Bar – an outdoor bar with a pizza oven, and two glades.
