On August 28, a unique study visit for meeting planners entitled “The Polish History Museum as a venue for your events” was organized by Meeting Planner in cooperation with the Polish History Museum and Mazovia Convention Bureau.

The meeting brought together dozens of representatives of the MICE industry – conference, event, and incentive organizers, as well as agencies providing professional event services.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to:

– familiarize themselves with the event spaces of the Museum of Polish History – modern conference rooms, foyer, VIP areas, and exhibition spaces,

– learn about the technical and logistical capabilities of the facility, including AV, scenography, and catering solutions,

– listen to presentations and examples of previous projects,

– take part in industry networking combined with refreshments.

Meeting planners emphasized not only the prestige of the location itself and its unique architecture, but also the flexibility of the space, the high quality of the technical facilities, and the possibility of combining business events with the museum’s cultural and educational offerings.

The study visit was an opportunity to show that the Museum of Polish History is not only a cultural institution, but also an attractive MICE venue that can host prestigious conferences, galas, banquets, and other special events.
