On September 4, 2025, at the headquarters of the Polish Tourist Organization, another consultation and workshop was held on the MICE Sub-Strategy, a strategic document setting out the directions for the development of business tourism in Poland. As in previous meetings, Iwona Majewska, head of the Mazovia Convention Bureau, actively participated in the event.

The event was organized by the TUgether Meetings and Events Industry Council and brought together representatives of the Polish Tourist Organization – Poland Convention Bureau and the following bureaus:
- Krakow Convention Bureau
- Warsaw Convention Bureau
- Convention Bureau – Wrocław
- Bydgoszcz Convention Bureau
- Silesia Convention Bureau
- Mazovia Convention Bureau
- Lubelskie Convention Bureau
- ZEN COM Expo Exhibition and Congress Center of the Podkarpackie Province
During the meeting, issues related to the international promotion of Poland as a MICE destination and examples of good practices from foreign markets were discussed. The conclusions and recommendations gathered during the meeting provide a valuable basis for further work on the sub-strategy.

The project is implemented by the TUgether Meetings and Events Industry Council. Business management of the project has been entrusted to a member of the Event Industry Association Federation. The public task “MICE – tourism sub-strategy” is implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism on the basis of agreement No. 2025/0023/4919/UDOT/DT/BP/IC.
