Poland’s golden autumn captivates with its perfect weather, colors, and beautiful natural surroundings. It was in this setting that a two-day study tour of Mazovia was organized for members of the Event Industry Association (SBE). During the study visit, participants had the opportunity to learn about Mazovia’s potential in the field of business tourism – from unique conference facilities and hotels, through historic palaces and museums, to modern attractions conducive to integration and relationship building. It was a great opportunity to exchange experiences, inspiration, and discuss the opportunities that Mazovia offers to the MICE industry.

For two days, we checked out the best places in the region for galas, outdoor events, team building, and… beautiful memories. The tour included Mazovia’s MICE hits – presented in a human way, with humor, and with the idea that you can confidently incorporate them into your projects.
We started elegantly at the Polish Academy of Sciences Palace in Jabłonna – a classic that is not afraid of modern productions. The perfect hub for the start and finish of an event, with a park begging for a stage set.
In Płock, the energy is like a refrain: ORLEN Arena – large format, great possibilities, and zero excuses (“it can’t be done” does not exist here). Next door – the Mazovian Museum in Płock with its insane art deco, which tells its own story. And when the team needs fuel – Browar Tumski provides cuisine and an atmosphere for networking that goes beyond business cards.
At the Skansen Conference & Spa Hotel in Sierpc, we discovered that the word “conference” can go hand in hand with “well-being.” MICE facilities? Check. Spaces? Check. Evening social events? They happen on their own.
Speaking of atmosphere, the open-air museum at the Mazovian Countryside Museum in Sierpc is a ready-made setting for outdoor events, picnics, and experiential marketing. No green screens here—just real, photogenic reality.
At the F. Chopin European Art Center in Sanniki (palace, orangery, park), the sound of classical music meets premium form. If you’re looking for a “wow” factor without the fuss, this is the place.
The finale with a bang in Julinek Park – circus DNA, huge spaces and formats where the brief “let’s do something unusual” finally has room to breathe.
As the organizer of the trip, the Event Industry Association was delighted with the support of the Mazovia Convention Bureau at every stage of the preparations and its active participation in the tour. Special thanks went to Mazovia, the heart of Poland, for the fact that… everything here works and buzzes. And the members of the SBE gained fantastic experiences, warm memories, and a real treasure map of MICE in Mazovia.
