MPI Poland Chapter has begun recruiting for the first edition of the “Future Professionals” mentoring program, aimed at students of event management, tourism, hospitality, and marketing. The three-month program is designed to support young people in entering the MICE industry through individual cooperation with experienced experts – members of MPI Poland Chapter.

The project is addressed to students from seven cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań, Katowice, Gliwice, Łódź, and Toruń. The aim of the initiative is to enable participants to gain practical knowledge, learn about the realities of the market, and consciously plan their professional careers.

As part of the program, 15 mentors will work individually with selected participants in 1:1 meetings, both online and in person. The project will run from December to February, and its participants will have the opportunity to benefit from the experience of experts representing various sectors of the MICE industry in Poland.

“We have created this program for students interested in our industry who are still looking for their career path. At MPI, we bring together specialists from various sectors of tourism and the meetings industry – from event agencies, through the HoReCa sector and AV companies, to convention bureaus and marketing agencies. This is a unique opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of practitioners. We cordially invite you to participate!” says Nikola Naus, Vice President for Students at MPI Poland Chapter and Coordinator of the Future Professionals program.

Recruitment for the program is open until November 7, and the number of places is limited. The application form is available HERE.
