“From the perspective of the organizer of the National Polish Congress Ambassadors Program, the meeting of the Warsaw-Masovian Ambassadors Club was of particular importance, emphasizing the strength of cooperation between the scientific, business, and institutional communities in central Poland. The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program remains one of the key tools of the Polish Tourist Organization in building Poland’s international position in the meetings market, relying on the knowledge, authority, and real commitment of experts who effectively attract prestigious events to our cities and regions. An equally important pillar of the program is integration within local Ambassador clubs, which promotes the exchange of experiences, strengthens relationships, and initiates new projects. This year’s Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala, organized in the artistic space of the Tadeusz Sygietyński “Mazowsze” Matecznik in Karolina, as well as today’s meeting at the Norblin Factory, clearly emphasized the importance of the scientific community of central Poland in building the competitiveness of our country as a congress destination,” said Aneta Książek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau – Polish Tourist Organization.

The meeting ended with a joint tour of the immersive exhibition “Romantic Chopin” at the ArtBox Gallery. The event emphasized the importance of cooperation between the scientific community, local government, and the MICE industry in building Mazovia’s position as a strong destination for meetings and congresses.
