The Event Industry Forum is an annual, key forum for the Polish event industry, presenting an extensive program on two stages. The 2025 event attracted over 3,300 participants and more than 150 exhibitors. In the upcoming 2026 edition, the number of exhibitors will increase to over 230, and the organizers expect attendance to be at least comparable to last year.
The forum is the most important meeting platform for event, marketing, and PR agencies, end customers, incentive travel agencies, wedding planners, organizers of trade fairs, congresses, festivals, and industry service providers. Its importance is crucial for anyone who wants to develop professional skills related to event design and implementation.
