The MP Power Awards® has remained the most important benchmark for the Polish meetings industry for fourteen years. In this year’s edition, the jury recognized the potential of Julinek Park, nominating it in the newly established, prestigious category: Hospitality Spirit. The venue, located in Leszno near Warsaw, has reached the “Golden Three,” confirming its strong position on the Polish MICE map.

Heritage and Evolution: From a Circus Arena to a MICE Center
Julinek Park is a place with a unique history, inextricably linked to Polish performance culture. For decades, it housed the State Circus School, serving as a European training center for arena artists. Today’s Julinek is the result of a thorough revitalization that has preserved the post-industrial and artistic character of the site while adapting it to the requirements of the modern MICE market.
The venue combines industrial rawness with the proximity of nature, offering an infrastructure that allows for projects of almost any scale:
- Small Arena: A multi-functional conference and event space of nearly 1,000 m², providing full technical facilities.
- Large Arena: A historic building with unique architecture, capable of hosting large-scale shows, galas, and non-standard product launches.
- Outdoor Areas: Nearly 30 hectares of land on the edge of the Kampinos National Park. This is a key asset for organizers of large corporate picnics (for several thousand people), off-road rallies, or outdoor festivals.
- Accommodation and Catering: The venue has a dedicated accommodation base (“Circus Base”) and professional catering facilities, allowing for full self-sufficiency during multi-day congresses and training sessions.
Julinek’s portfolio includes events for leaders in the automotive, banking, and tech sectors, who utilize the flexibility of the terrain to build non-standard experiences for their participants.

MP Power Awards®: Prestige and Expertise
The MP Power Awards® contest, organized by the MeetingPlanner.pl portal, has been honoring the best projects, venues, and personalities in the event industry for 14 years. The selection process is multi-staged and based on objective criteria.
In the MP Power Venue category, the evaluation covers not only the technical parameters of the rooms but also the policy of cooperation with organizers, innovation, and the efficiency of sales processes. Part of the assessment is a professional TestCall audit conducted by Z-Factor, which verifies communication channels and the venue’s accessibility for event planners.
This year, for the first time, the title of Hospitality Spirit will be awarded. Julinek Park’s nomination in this category is a recognition of the team’s organizational culture, flexibility in responding to client needs, and the creation of an atmosphere of professional cordiality at every stage of cooperation.
