Warsaw and the Mazovia region have long been the heart of the Polish meetings industry. However, in a world where corporate clients seek not just luxury, but above all authenticity and value, the traditional approach to incentive travel is no longer enough. The answer to these challenges is the third edition of Responsible Incentive Travel Day, taking place on April 24, 2026, at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw.

This is not just another theoretical conference. It is a knowledge-sharing platform for professionals aiming to design trips based on real social impact, ecology, and modern business psychology. We cordially invite MICE agencies, hoteliers, destination representatives, and corporate clients to participate in an event that redefines the concept of “motivation.”
Neurobiology of Engagement – Putting People First
The foundation of a modern incentive program is understanding how the human brain reacts. The conference will open with a keynote by Nina Żukowska: “Brain-friendly incentive travel.” In an era of overstimulation, the key to success lies in designing experiences that regenerate rather than exhaust, while building lasting relationships. For the regional MICE industry, the signal is clear: the winning bids will be those that place wellbeing at their center. Participants will learn how neuro-design techniques translate into measurable business efficiency and employee loyalty—key arguments in negotiations with HR and procurement departments.
AI in the Service of Sustainable Development: The Creators’ Lab
Technology does not have to be the enemy of ecology. During the Creators’ Lab workshop, led by Dr. Nikodem Sarna (Kozminski University), participants will move from theory to practice. Utilizing Artificial Intelligence in crafting incentive offers is no longer just about speed; it is primarily about precision in resource optimization.
The workshop will demonstrate how to use AI tools to:
- Create personalized, sustainable event concepts.
- Implement the principles of the SITE Poland Sustainable Incentive Travel Manifesto.
- Transparently communicate the environmental impact of trips to clients.
Note: We recommend bringing your own laptops—this will be an intensive session working on “live” business cases.
Hospitality 2.0: Inclusivity as Mazovia’s Export Product
Session III, led by experts from the Poland Convention Bureau (PCB POT)—Aneta Książek and Wojciech Norkowski—will address a topic becoming a “game changer” in international markets: accessibility and low-sensory design.
Inclusivity is not just about the absence of architectural barriers. It is the conscious design of spaces for neurodivergent individuals. During the event, the PCB POT Low Sensory Show Room will be presented—an innovative concept for quiet zones. For Warsaw-based venues and agencies, this is an opportunity to gain unique know-how: how simple low-sensory solutions improve comfort for all guests and tangibly influence the purchasing decisions of international planners.
Shared Industry Responsibility
The concept and execution of the event are led by members of SITE Poland (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), in cooperation with industry partners. The organizational partners are Radisson Hotel Group and Radisson Collection Warsaw.
Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2026 serves as a dialogue platform for market leaders who view incentive travel not merely as a business tool, but as a space for building value, responsibility, and long-term impact.

Why should Warsaw and Mazovia be there?
The Mazovian region has immense potential to become a leader in responsible business tourism in Central Europe. Participation in the conference is an opportunity for:
- Networking with opinion leaders and substantive partners, such as the Polish Tourism Organisation.
- Upskilling teams in the areas of AI and neuro-design.
- Collective Branding of Poland as a conscious, modern, and safe destination.
