For years, the Mazovia region has consistently defined the standards of the Polish meeting industry. As a region with the greatest infrastructural and creative potential, it serves as a natural hub where innovation meets business. During this year’s MP Power Awards Gala, Mazovia’s dominance was confirmed not only by numerous trophies awarded to local companies but also by the Mazovia Convention Bureau’s active commitment to shaping the industry’s new talent pool.

Mission and Prestige

The MP Power Night 2025 Final Gala took place on April 22 in Warsaw. This prestigious gathering is the culmination of the MP Power Awards® competition, which aims to recognize the best projects, venues, services, and personalities within the Polish event market. This year’s 14th edition brought together hundreds of professionals, serving as the year’s most significant forum for exchanging expertise. For nearly a decade and a half, the competition has been highlighting trends and promoting the highest ethical and quality standards within the MICE sector.

“Young Creatives” – Mazovia Supports the Future

A highlight of the evening was the announcement of the Young Creatives category, with the Mazovia Convention Bureau (MCB) serving as the official partner. This partnership stems from the region’s mission to invest in talent and the professionalization of the workforce.

The title of Young Creative 2025 was awarded to Aleksandra Krawczyńska (representing the Vistula School of Hospitality and Tourism), who impressed the jury with her fresh perspective on contemporary challenges in the event industry.

The trophy was presented by Izabela Stelmańska, President of the Board of the Masovian Regional Tourism Organization (MROT). MROT is an association that serves as a platform for cooperation between local government units and the tourism industry. Its statutory goal is to build Mazovia’s image as an attractive tourist destination and to integrate business and social communities.

Masovian Leaders on the Podium

Mazovia, with a particular emphasis on Warsaw, secured the highest number of distinctions in both personality and project categories. Among the winners were companies and individuals setting the direction for the industry’s growth:
