The 52nd edition of the MP Fast Date® B2B workshop, held in Warsaw, is now behind us. As the Mazovia Convention Bureau, we actively participated in the event with the primary goal of intensively promoting the venues and the immense MICE potential of the Masovian Voivodeship. We demonstrated to the invited event organizers that our region—located right in the heart of Poland—offers everything necessary to stage exceptional events: excellent accessibility, a unique local character, and an incredibly diverse portfolio of venues.

The event was characterized by a fast pace, concrete business talks, and the building of new relationships. Over the course of 12 inspiring meetings with meeting planners, we encountered tremendous interest in organizing future conferences, meetings, and events in Mazovia, which consistently attracts and captivates the industry.
This year’s edition also featured special, local culinary highlights. In a regional knowledge quiz prepared for meeting planners, we rewarded participants who demonstrated the best knowledge of our region. The winners received gifts sponsored by the Nuna Vineyard (Winnica Nuna)—a charming spot located near Pomiechówek, where winemaking passion blends with the Masovian terroir. Their authentic and surprising wines perfectly reflected the cultural and natural richness of Mazovia. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Nuna Vineyard for this fruitful cooperation, and we congratulate the MeetingPlanner.pl portal on their sheer professionalism in organizing the entire event.

During the 52nd edition of the MP Fast Date® B2B workshop, held in the prestigious ballroom of the Warsaw Presidential Hotel, a key element was the promotion of regional conference and event venues. The active participation of the Mazovia Convention Bureau (MCB) and other regional convention bureaus aimed to directly support organizers in their search for exceptional venues on the meetings map, effectively showcasing the potential and offer of Mazovia’s MICE infrastructure.
The event, which took place on June 22, 2026, gathered industry professionals, including meeting planners as well as representatives from 50 venues and event service providers. Participants took part in a series of intensive, 15-minute face-to-face meetings scheduled according to a precise timetable, followed by a closing open round. This dynamic format allows for a quick exchange of experiences, efficient sourcing of market novelties, and the building of lasting partnerships.
An essential part of the program was the educational segment. Experts summarized the first half of 2026 in the MICE market as a stable and commercially strong period. However, they pointed out the growing demands of clients regarding quality and innovation (e.g., the use of AI) while maintaining existing budget frameworks. The panel discussions also addressed key challenges in the sector: the need to extend the lead time from brief to execution, methods for attracting young talent through mentoring programs, and modern data-driven sales, which was presented during the Seerio workshops.
For both planners and venue managers, the meeting proved to be an excellent platform to tighten cooperation and expand the competencies necessary for recommending optimal solutions in the market.
