In the meetings and events industry (MICE), direct contact, the exchange of experiences, and building lasting business relationships form the very foundation of dynamic growth. Networking meetings are not just an opportunity to hand out business cards—they are strategic platforms for inspiration that drive innovation and allow the event market’s future to be shaped collectively. A perfect testament to this was the recent networking and inspirational meeting organized by the Event Industry Association (SBE), partnered by the Mazovia Regional Tourism Organization (MROT) alongside the Mazovia Convention Bureau.
The event took place on July 2nd in the modern spaces of Warsaw’s Q22 skyscraper. The meeting was hosted by OMNI CONFERENCES, welcoming participants into the friendly thresholds of OmniOffice. Attendance exceeded the organizers’ wildest expectations—over 70 professionals and enthusiasts from the event industry took part, making it one of the largest and most energetic SBE meetings in recent times.

Mazovia’s Plans for the Second Half of 2026
For the Mazovia Convention Bureau, attending the meeting was of strategic importance. As an event partner, MCB presented its key plans for the second half of 2026. It was the perfect opportunity to introduce major initiatives, outline the promotional directions for the Mazovia Voivodeship in both the domestic and international meetings market, and present tangible actions aimed at strengthening cooperation with the MICE sector. By actively supporting such initiatives, Mazovia consistently builds its position as a leader and the top choice for event planners.
Knowledge, Integration, and Networking “Unfiltered”
The event program combined a solid dose of knowledge with engaging integration. Participants had the opportunity to listen to inspiring presentations from the partners. B.W.S. Event Support showcased the event reality “unfiltered,” sparking lively discussions about the industry’s daily challenges. Meanwhile, MEETING15 prepared an interactive gamification activity, proving that the event industry knows how to engage in healthy competition. Melon Catering provided the culinary support and the right boost of energy.
However, the heart of the event was the moderated networking led by the irreplaceable Grzegorz Turniak. Thanks to his energy and humor, dozens of conversations and hundreds of smiles quickly turned into valuable new business contacts. Another major highlight turned out to be the live caricatures drawn by Szczepan Sadurski, which allowed participants to look at themselves (and their hairstyles) with a great sense of humor and distance.
Together We Create the Future
The exceptional, warm atmosphere of that afternoon once again demonstrated the immense power of the SBE community. The joint efforts of the Mazovia Regional Tourism Organization, the Łódź Regional Tourism Organization, and partner companies prove that synergy and partnership are the only right path toward the development of the MICE market.
Thank you all for the inspiring conversations and fantastic energy! This is not the end of our joint projects—more challenges and meetings lie ahead, and the next opportunity to strengthen relationships will come as early as August during a joint study tour to Mazovia. See you there!
